WHO: Order of the Arrow members eligible for Brotherhood. To be eligible, members must 1) memorize the signs of Arrow membership (obligation, song, and admonition), 2) advance in your understanding of the Ordeal, 3) serve your unit for at least 10 months, 4) plan for service in your lodge, and 5) review your progress (write letter to Lodge secretary in accordance with instructions in OA Handbook).
