2012 MEMORIAL DAY

“GOOD TURN”

NATIONAL MEMORIAL CEMETERY 

OF THE PACIFIC AT PUNCHBOWL

 

 

 

This year we ask each participating Scout to bring one lei with them

 

 

At 1:00 P.M., an Interfaith Worship Memorial Service will be conducted honoring those who have been laid to rest in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. Following the ceremonies, Scouts will decorate the graves. The project will finish by 3:00 P.M.

8:00 AM 2:00 PM - Cub Scout & Boy Scout Leader Training (Leaders combined at first then breakout by Cub and Boy Scout subgroups)

WHERE? Aloha Council Office Presidents Hall

Who: All registered leaders, assistant leaders, committee members, and parents who have completed

Basic Leader Training (BLT)/or Leader Specific Training.

Prerequisites: Youth Protection (Online), This is Scouting (Online), Basic Leader Training/Leader Specific

Where: Keehi Lagoon Memorial Park - See attached Map

When: Friday & Saturday, March 23rd and March 24th, 2012

Check-in at 5:00 PM Friday and Check-out at 3:00 PM Saturday.

Cost: $10.00 (Breakfast & Lunch will be provided on Saturday)

Please Bring: Camping Gear – See attached list. Friday night dinner will NOT be provided. Bring bag dinner or eat prior to arrival.
