Pukahi district is bordered on the west just before Hookena and to the south past Hawaiian Ocean View (South Point) just before Hookena. Includes the communities of: Hakalau, Hilo, Honomu, Kurtistown, Laupahoehoe, Mt. View, Naalehu, Ninole, Ocean View, Pahala, Pahoa, Papaaloa, Papaikou.
